An Appreciation for Beauty, Craftsmanship, and Simplicity

Our team admire beautiful and well-made objects.  We also adore simplicity and elegance – which, when you think about it – may actually be the same thing.

And, we love cars.  

One of us grew up reading books and magazines about cars, their industry, and the history of both. Building models of them. Wanting to become a mechanical engineer in order to have a career working with them. Thinking about them – probably – way too much. Passing on an appreciation of them, and the pleasure that they have to offer, to our family.

Along the way we developed a love for craftsmanship and quality. Simplicity as well.

We still love learning about cars, their designers and engineers. We will always enjoy their sculpture, and will argue all day long that beautiful cars are, indeed, art. We will always enjoy their mechanical beauty.

Although car enthusiasts, as cars became unnecessarily complicated, we lost much of our interest in newer ones.

Yet, our appreciation for analog cars has strengthened and grown. We delight in the simple pleasures they give to us.

Analog cars have personality. They provide variety versus the homogeneity of cars that result from benchmarking competitors, rather than allowing original thought to create something better.

And, they are fun.

We still control how these cars move and where our data travels. If we allow them, they serve us more than we do them.

Many people are reevaluating the new(er) car experience.

Our family hopes, that by starting this business, we will be able to help such ones to enjoy the rich alternative that driving analog cars has to offer.
